Restaurants should own the relationship with their most loyal customers, and customers should own their loyalty cards and points and be free to do whatever they want with them.

This is sparking a "eureka" moment for me.

What if I build something where people get points for interacting with my content. Not sure how I'd define that yet so it doesn't bankrupt me, but let's put that aside for now.

And then people can spend those points on someone else's content.

For instance, a hypersub.

I'm going to build eLearning. Maybe I could do some sort of reward program where if people complete a module, chapter, course, quiz, whatever... they get something. (I don't want to put a label on it yet.)

And then they could use that to subscribe to /manysuchcases or reinvest it for a /fieldway sub.

I can't remember exactly, and I can't scroll beyond 4 days of mentions, but I think @nonlinear.eth or @cameron or @aferg.eth or @aaronv.eth (or someone else) suggested there might be value in making my own coin in the future.

This might be the use case; thinking of it as a way to reward engagement and learning.
