They are some kind of cheese pancakes/donuts 😂 so puffy on the inside but crispy on the outside (because they are fried). On top of them we pute sour cream and any kins of jam. Most of the time the original recipe is with homemade sour cherry jam. I’m happy to share my experience with you guys ❤️
