ETH is holding strong, and momentum is clearly back. But the big question remains: why isn’t $LINEA live yet? My guess? The Linea team is carefully building out real utility before launch. In today’s market, that’s a smart move. People are no longer buying L2 tokens just for “governance” those days are over. We’ve all seen the harsh lessons from $STRK, $ZK, and even the giants like $ARB and $OP. Token fatigue is real, and speculation without substance doesn’t stick anymore. If $LINEA wants to stand out, they’ll need to prove utility from day one whether that’s sequencing rights, staking, prover incentives, or a truly integrated DeFi ecosystem. Meanwhile, Succinct is setting a very different tone no empty hype, just consistent progress and real infrastructure being built. Succinct summer is still heating up.
