Those are some ideas around mapping a dependency graph from cryptographic primitives to repos to projects to milestones to devs to etc… my approach is that there’s no single dimension from which to exhaustively “map” an organization (2D charts too reductive) but you need to identify a core dependency and peripheral result and start mapping them to each other. If this can be done using formal mathematics instead of (or in addition to) typical visual pseudoformalisms then I suspect this could unlock a lot of interesting possibilities.
