Talnik waterfall is located in Siberia, on the Putorana plateau. The height of the waterfall is 600-700 meters. This is the highest waterfall in Russia. This waterfall is seasonal - the water comes from Dupkun Lake. The waterfall appears when the snow begins to melt, and exists only 3 months a year.
