recast is primary, it holds weight. I see something i like or agree with and i want to give it more reach + let like minded people following me also see. The whole collect stuff only has appeal to some set of people, imo it’s just trying to keep up with what others are doing, somewhat unnecessary .

pretty much cos of usability and accessibility, you pretty much can just open canva and figure out how it works by clicking stuff. Plus everything is rather readily available, clearer terms, no technical jargons. The appeal to a casual user is in all of that.

i feel with this it’s still the same longstanding debate of science vs religion, just in a different form. There are both good and bad sides to everything. I’m not sure if this is addressed in the publication (it’s a bit too long for me to read through entirely), but I can’t help thinking that, eventually, AI might begin to function as a kind of idol for some. As it continues to evolve and become more advanced, there may come a point where people start to view it on the same level as a divine entity perhaps even placing it alongside, or in place of, God.
