The Federal Reserve Board of the United States ended its two-day monetary policy meeting on the 18th and announced that the target range for the federal funds rate would remain unchanged between 4.25% and 4.50%. This is the fourth consecutive time that the Federal Reserve's monetary policy meeting has decided to keep interest rates unchanged.
