Let me expand on this matter a bit more. The habitual way of thinking is to hire people to solve problems. But if an individual's capabilities are very strong, there might not even be any issues within their scope. A couple of days ago, I requested a headcount (HC) and it got rejected. I feel like the rejection makes sense. When discovering a problem, one shouldn't just think about adding more people; instead, they should first consider what efforts are unnecessary to expend. There are too many ideas, and grasping the key points is the right approach. You can't let "anxiety" lead to adding new demands that distort the actions
