Avoid doctors at all costs Exercise, eat right, sleep 7+ hours, and stay as far as possible from the medical industry Unless you have an issue that could be diagnosed by a middle schooler and treated in the field by a Korean War medic, you should not voluntarily go into any medical facility

This feels extreme to me but also I get it and honestly this is the direction we need to swing so I can’t hate at all lmao

I like when you agree with me even directionally. I feel like it’s been a while. I went to the urgent care for stitches in late 2023, and that broke a decade+ streak of physician-free living for me 💪 I took them out myself with a kit from amazon, and at the same time bought a kit for putting the next batch in myself, just in case 😊

If you want to come help me put the preventative care lovers have come to my OP to argue with me 😎 I wouldn’t trust doing my own stitches but I would do a friend’s or have a friend sew me up. Drawback is you know you’re never gonna be as neat as the guy who has done it 1000 times +

My days of fresh faced good looks are gone anyway. A gnarly scar would probably be my best chance of looking striking again
