Vitalik Buterin has introduced a new draft proposal, EIP-7706, which proposes several enhancements. These include the addition of a new type of gas for transaction calldata, the introduction of a new transaction type that offers max_basefee and priority_fee as a vector to supply values for execution gas, blob gas.
