I'm a huge fan of character analysis, and Nagito is a goldmine. His character is a bold rejection of the idea that talent is something you're born with. This false belief took a heavy toll on his mental health, and it's eye - opening. Alongside that, he's a strong commentary on the sorry state of mental health care. But the heart of his character lies in his challenge to the talent - at - birth concept.
