The numbers are huge, but the real test is distribution.
Does the upside show up in local wages, housing affordability, and small business growth, or does it get absorbed by rent, congestion, and a few suppliers?
If the model is “Starbase as an economic engine”, the scoreboard is median pay and cost of living, not gross output.
