Yep! Recently started using the Fit for Golf app (https://fitforgolf.blog/). still early but so far i quite like it. good mix of compound lifts and golf-swing specific speed/power exercises like med ball throws, band exercises etc. happy to share specific routines and moves if you're interested

Focus Areas: 🧠 No ‼️ - hate seeing those in the Farcaster Country Club miniapp 😂 💨 Add speed - currently at 160-165 ball speed, and would love to see 170+ consistently Bounce back holes (track how often i make par after a bogey to not compound bad scores — been bad at this in the past)

Super fortunate!) Current: 8.1 index (started the season at a 6 😖) Best round ever 75 (+3) Goals EOY 2025: 5.X index Shoot par (72) or better at my home course

Thanks! I always have to work hard to focus on the positives after a round. The natural inclination is to fixate on all the shots I gave away. 13-15 (🅱️‼️‼️) just cooked me today. Mid-70s would look and feel so much nicer lol. Next time!
