After about 30 hours of opening its ICO, Infinex only raised $491000 with 304 participants, leaving 90.17% to reach full fundraising. I don't know if this can be considered a complete upset? This is still a cryptocurrency project that raised $65.3 million through institutional financing two years ago. It should be noted that their public offering has a one-year lock up period (early unlocking requires paying a penalty and the valuation will be inflated).
