I think Polymarket raising at a $12 billion valuation will turn out alot like OpenSea did for its investors at that same number. Feels like a bubble in prediction markets. It doesn’t offer a compelling sports betting experience. No liquidity for in-game. It’s a fad like NFTs are.

Rent or Own, it's all drywall and plaster, makes no difference. What matters is the people contained within. You're a good Dad, doing a really hard job of raising a Good human. This pisses those that are failing at doing the same, so of course they will bitch.

No one ever mentions what a blessing this is to the elderly population. When your driving skills lose some of their sharpness, as a nurse I was posted to the ER saw injuries, sometimes significant injuries due to reduced reaction time. Usually the other driver was at fault.
