Here's my solargraph showing the path of the Sun between the summer and winter solstices. Taken with a homemade tin can camera. Each streak from L to R shows the path of the Sun over the course of one day. You can see how the maximum height of the Sun differs between summer and winter. ☀️

A look at the disorder on the Sun that has been causing the beautiful auroral displays around the world. This sunspot cluster could swallow up the Earth more than 15 times over - a reminder of how precious and fragile our little planet is. Taken today from my back garden.
