Zelenskyy may have tentatively approved a minerals deal with the US, opening Ukraine's resources like lithium for economic/military aid. The signing, initially set for Feb 2025, was stalled after a tense Oval Office meeting with Trump. As of March 31, 2025, no official signing yet.
