The project begins with a 100B $FIDPUNKS (ERC20) supply, but this is a temporary state. The true, permanent supply will be 10B.
The 'extra' 90B tokens are the fuel for your points system. Users will acquire and burn these $FIDPUNKS to earn points. This burn mechanism is the only way to get points, and it will permanently remove the 90B tokens from the total supply.
Once the program ends (either by time-limit or when the 90B burn target is hit), the total supply of $FIDPUNKS will be locked at 10B.
The points you accumulate from burning will guarantee your right to mint a FIDPUNK NFT (ERC721). Your rank on the 'burn leaderboard' will be combined with your Farcaster FID to programmatically design your unique NFT, visually rewarding your contribution to forging our final supply.
