Bybit has recently published their audit report, confirming that the breach did not occur on Bybit's platform itself, but rather on SAFE's servers. The attackers executed a sophisticated attack by replacing the Gnosis SAFE UI with malicious JavaScript code specifically designed to target Bybit's cold wallet.
