In my opinion, the most colorful food in the world is "Qaroot", which belongs to an area called Birjand. This dish is made with a kind of curd and is purple in color. Like other curds, Qorut curd is made from animal products. This dish is eaten with pumpkin, mashed potatoes or eggs.
