🚨 When people first hear about @zama , they have some legit concerns. So I put together a quick Q&A to clear things up: 1) If we can access data without unlocking it, doesn’t that kill privacy? ❌ Misunderstanding: Encryption won’t matter anymore people will just bypass it. ✅ Reality: Nope. Privacy actually becomes stronger than ever. With FHE, your data stays encrypted, your key stays with YOU, and no one else can access it. Analysts, companies, or systems can run computations, but they’ll never see your raw data. Privacy isn’t weakened it’s finally absolute. 2) If data is processed while encrypted, can hackers leak it? No. The data always stays encrypted, and the outputs stay encrypted too. 3) Does this reduce privacy? The opposite. It supercharges it. In traditional systems, data had to be decrypted to be analyzed - risk of exposure. With FHE, analysis happens without access. It’s not "access to data" it’s “computation on encrypted data."
