an anon client with a minimum threshold balance to join (like anoncast) but the difference being people could build their own anon account followings and you can follow individual anons instead of the one combined voice which is likely to be pretty mid long-term, not a dig, just a natural outcome if posting is only financially gated (as opposed to for example taking into consideration engagement on previous casts and using that engagement information as a part of the prerequisites to cast equation)
