in some way, crypto is built on top of social already (always has been)
crypto companies are so, so close to their users
from my previous work in crypto startups (mostly as product and ui/ux person), the thing I had most fun with (and was p successful with) was gathering direct feedback from users
I listened to everybody, openly, made them feel heard and explained why some things are great ideas and some things aren't a priority currently, or probably ever
by being honest, open & human, I felt like a lot of people could understand when things didn't work out immediately, when we launched a feature a bit late, even when exploits happened
I believe that people are inherently good if you are just honest, when they feel you are a good person who means... well
many crypto companies lack this
