Why? Because confidentiality should be a layer for every chain.
With the FHEVM, any Solidity dev can import encrypted ops directly. Coprocessors and KMS handle the heavy math offchain, while host chains stay lean.
Zama @zama is building universal programmable confidentiality which is the missing layer blockchains forgot.
