Spend at least 10 minutes each day sunbathing, gradually increasing the time to 30 or 45 minutes. This is very beneficial for your mental health; it helps reduce stress, alleviate insomnia symptoms, and has countless other benefits.

You'll have the most energy when the sun rises, so take advantage of this time to exercise, take a cold shower, and complete your daily tasks.
In the evening, you can listen to audiobooks or read. Try to maintain a regular routine. Live like a normal person; don't stay up late and eat late at night.
