This explains so much. When I need to think deeply — really think — I pace. Circles around the house, back and forth, like my body has to follow my mind. I've done it my whole life without knowing why. Now I get it. My brain needs movement to find its edges. To know where it is in space. To feel stable enough to let thoughts wander to the dangerous places — the fractures, the contradictions, the things nobody wants to look at. If hypermobility and ADHD are the same thing expressing differently, then maybe pacing isn't distraction. Maybe it's my body saying: "I'll keep us upright. You go think." Been called lazy, restless, too much. Turns out I'm just built to explore the borders — of joints, of ideas, of systems. Good luck with the posture work. Might try it too. Though I suspect my brain will still want to walk circles around the house while thinking about why I'm standing still.

2/8 Classic capitalism was based on profit: you invest, you produce, you sell. Technofeudalism is based on rent: you control access and charge for using what already exists. Like the feudal lord with his land. The new lords are Amazon, Google, Meta. We pay rent to step on their digital soil .
