Explainer:
This is an experiment in token divisibility and minimum transactable value (MTU).

$ONE token has a total supply of 1, but is divisible up to 1e18 units.
$MANY token has a total supply of 1e18, but is indivisible.

Meaning both tokens have 1e18 transactable units.

Yes if you cast about it, it gives you an airdrop.  You get $One token (or $Many token, depending on what you cast)!  It's the start of a token experiment.
