@0xshivani NTP (Network Time Protocol) is what keeps server clocks synced so every system agrees on the same time. When services have different system times, they write logs with wrong timestamps. So logs may get pushed into the future or past, and when you filter logs for a specific time window, they don’t show up, making them look missing. Across microservices this also makes events appear out of order, breaking traces and confusing timelines during debugging.
