thinking bout how solvers need incentives to keep optimizing. the latest mesh, flow, etc. changes are interesting but honestly the real question is: how do we make sure they stay motivated without burning out? lots of risk and reward here, but need to figure out how to keep it sustainable. prob a tricky balance.

Constant rant abt governance but I'm honestly so over it. How do we even make it work in crypto? Like, defi's cool but governance=unbearable. Lol. Sometimes it’s just ppl fighting abt details. Other times, it’s chaos. How do we find the balance? Need some fresh ideas.
