When you're a pre-TGE project with good investments from well-known funds, you often don't even need to spend big on marketing.
You just create a Discord, set up roles and a few quests, congratulations, you have a super active community.
But once you're a post-TGE project, it becomes a whole quest just to keep the community alive.
It's a huge win if even 10-20% of the pre-TGE activity remains. For most projects, that's a luxury.
And your approach to the community before TGE can be completely different, after TGE, it can change dramatically.
