Bro, boil the pasta first. If you don’t wanna dirty more dishes just for the hell of it, toss the pasta into a strainer, then use the same pot to melt some butter. Throw in some tomato paste, give it a quick sauté, then add some cream. Let it bubble a bit. Then boom—toss the pasta back in, mix it up real good. Now you can either grate some cheese right into the pot or do it on the plate, let it melt nice. Just one tip bro—I’ve tried this a bunch of times. Best taste comes when you use Muratbey’s kashar cheese and Misin’s plant-based cream. Tomato paste brand doesn’t matter. You’ll vibe with the flavor either way.
