Breaking into tech is ironic.
We’re told to get experience, build labs, earn certs, show passion, yet internships and entry-level roles barely crack the door open. The same system that demands experience refuses to provide it.
That’s why so many of us become founders.
Not by intention, but by necessity.
If companies won’t give us space to grow, we build our own.
If the system won’t validate us, we validate ourselves through execution.
I’m mastering #Cybersecurity and #BlockchainSecurity with or without an internship. Projects, research, writing, teaching, building, that is my experience stack.
If the traditional pipeline won’t make room, I’ll carve my own lane.
Entrepreneurs are forged when institutions overlook them.
