USA is included and it's part of the 12 countries we have funded projects. i'm sorry if this all sounds like we are leaving you behind. i'll do better about it – thanks for pointing it out! re: MIDAO: i exchanged a couple of emails with @leohenkels and the MIDAO was our first option before, it's just we think tax exemptions will be key in the short-term. happy to keep exploring if it makes sense for us, tho

hi @leohenkels! we exchanged a couple of emails a few weeks ago about this. in a past iteration of this proposal we were thinking about MIDAO, but i've been exploring more options and think getting the tax exemption status is a good advantage for us afaik, we could have both an entity in Mexico and in the MI, or anywhere else. if this works, i think it's just a matter of time (and resources)
