The 20-20-20 rule.
This rule is suggested to relieve eyes and body fatigue, which is expressed as follows. Every 20 minutes, look at a place within 20 steps for 20 seconds (this 20 steps is about 6-7 meters). With this method, you will be safe from eye fatigue and less back, shoulder, and shoulder pain.
