imo the most harmful thing for ethereum recently has been the "make ethereum great again" messaging
it implies and concedes that ethereum is inferior — it is purely free marketing for solana
you do not need to make ethereum great "again" — it is already uniquely differentiated with its decentralization and security — not to mention the ETF and colossal market cap
you need to show the market why it's different and why people should care — consistently
and you need to do it with a super simple idea, because complex ideas don't spread
you are not going to be a better solana than solana, but you can easily be a much better ethereum
