Update: I visited a private clinic, they treated me with great care and i came out with a diagnosis: grade 3 sprain and small tear of the lateral peroneal malleolus. It is bad yes, but it could have been worse. Only 2 months off the streets. I already ordered online my splint for immobilization and all I have to do is get it back. This week I made approximately $80 thanks to @bountybot and I have been able to pay the expenses without needing outside help. I am very lucky. Thanks to those who saw this and gave positive messages.
