UX in the web3 space is severely hampered by the lack of mobile apps offering onchain services and experiences.
Average users are spoilt with the amount of web2 business that offer mobile apps, yet this hasn’t came over to web3 yet bar a few examples.
Having to go onto the desktop, or navigate a web3 product with a (often badly designed) mobile interface is such a bottleneck for people interacting with web3 products.
