Day 4: 200

I’ve found that combining sets of 100 into a workout routine with body weight squats makes it easier mentally. 

Each set of 100 takes about 5 minutes, so I could theoretically get 500 in about half an hour.

But it’s daunting. Let’s see if tomorrow is the day.

Day 5: 200 

Stalled while traveling. One more day on the road tomorrow. Need to maintain momentum.
