If you are a company that has the resources to crown a product and kingmake it, before doing so, you probably want to make sure the product is good and has the people’s support so it’s not an uphill battle. With a good product that people actually want to use and support, you can catch lightning in a bottle and snowball it. Mistakes were made and it’s probably too late to course correct.
