Not product.
Not funding.
Not even tech.
It’s building the *right* tech team.
Early-stage means:
– no perfect specs
– no stability
– lots of ambiguity
– constant iteration
Some engineers love that.
Some hate it.
Finding the ones who thrive in it? That’s the real challenge.
