L2 scaling solutions like @arbitrum , @base.base.eth and @Blast_L2 require TXs to be posted to their own blockchain - which batches and "rolls" them back up to Ethereum L1 via periodic posting. Scaling Ethereum need not involve separate blockchains with centralized sequencers, multi-sig wallets and security councils. @0xFacet TXs are natively Ethereum TXs to begin with.
Need some help classifying rollups? Facet is Ethereum's first (and only) based sovereign rollup.
If you're trying to "scale Ethereum" then the DEFAULT choice should be something as decentralized as Ethereum itself. that "default" option is coming...
We get it - it sounds too good to be true: Facet's "based sovereign rollup" 1 brings ETH transactions back to L1 via based sequencing, 2 features the scalability benefits of traditional L2 rollups, 3 and does so in a way that fully inherits Ethereum's security and decentralization profile (no privileged keys, no upgradeable contracts). It's already live on Sepolia, and coming soon to mainnet. Take a moment to learn more. You're still "early." ๐
