Today I saw Farcaster founder @dwr say that the team has spent 4.5 years trying to make social work but didn’t reach the expected results, while the wallet product has continued to grow. So they’ve decided to double down on the wallet direction — meaning they’re shifting from “social-first” back to “wallet-first,” hoping to build an economic feedback loop. After reading that, I just want to ask: what exactly did Farcaster do before, and what are they trying to do now?
