I started programming about 12 years ago, and I’ve learned a lot throughout the journey.
Whenever friends find out, the first thing they ask me is:
“How should I start?”
“Which programming language is the best?”
“Should I begin with Python, JavaScript, or something else?”
“Should I learn frontend or backend first?”
tbh: in the beginning, the specific language or platform doesn’t really matter. What matters is choosing one language you feel comfortable with and staying consistent. It could be Python, JavaScript, or even C (yes, the one everyone says is hard). Just pick one and start learning.
At the early stage, your only goal is learning, not choosing the “perfect” language.
This is where the well-known framework Bloom’s Taxonomy, can really help guide your learning process.
A lot of you have probably used this approach unconsciously without realizing it.
For me, this framework works every time I start learning something new.
So how do you apply it to programming?
