A lot is happening behind the scenes at 0G Labs and the ecosystem in general and I have been looking into this. First of what is 0G Labs and why should you care? Current Large Language Models(LLM) relies heavily on vast amounts of data across the internet to train their models, however this approach raises security, privacy and fairness concerns when applying these models. This derelict methodology highlights a strong demand for a transparent and democratized process for deploying Ai products, however current blockchain infrastructure can’t handle such processes because of limited scalability As a result of this, 0G labs is building a Modular L1 blockchain that is infinitely scalable by utilizing a carefully designed sharding mechanism. As a new or passive user of DeFi, you might not understand the importance of scalability in a blockchain but it’s essential because it is what makes the blockchain handle increasing transaction volume without a breakdown.
