Engagement alone is useless if it's not backed by a mission. You can get all the views in the world, if the content is empty you wont build anything around it. What's the point of engagement if you cant attach a mission, a product or die-hard community behind it? I prefer creating about what I am interested in, rather than constantly chasing algo changes...
