here’s how to complete it without using a terminal:
step 1: create a github account
— go to github.com and create an account if you don’t already have one.
step 2: create a new repository
— click the “+” icon on the top right
— select “new repository”
— give it any name (example: base-commits)
— keep it public, then click create repository
step 3: upload a file
— click “add file” → “create new file”
— name it something like log.txt or notes.md
— type anything inside the file
step 4: make your first commit
— scroll down and click “commit changes”
step 5: repeat the process
— open the file again
— add a new line or edit the text
— click commit changes again
— every time you save changes, it counts as 1 commit
repeat until you reach 100+ commits.
step 6: verify on base guild
— connect your github account to base guild
— refresh the quest page and update
