Why is it so hard to find junior positions where I can learn more about ZKPs and building zk circuits? I will be happy to join any team where we can chat about FRI , KZG, Starks ,quantum immune protocols, number theortic stuff. I used to listen to ZK hack podcast and applying in different rust based projects but I fail as I don't have enough experience yet to work professionally in this area.
